Travel Planner's Inc. is the Official Housing Provider for the ATS International Conference. They are the only company handling all housing requests for the conference. It has been brought to our attention other companies are claiming to be the housing provider for attendees and exhibitors. They are NOT AFFILIATED with the ATS International Conference and should not be used to secure rooms.

Exhibitor housing is currently open and reservation requests are being accepted. An email blast containing information on exhibitor registration and housing went out on October 23, 2009 to all exhibitors contracted as of that date.  A link was provided at the bottom of the email to access the exhibitor housing reservation page.

Emails will go out on a weekly basis to new exhibitors as they contract for booth space.

Exhibitors are asked to select their top six (6) hotel choices and provide the type of room and total number of room nights requested for each day.  

• Submission of form indicates preference and does not guarantee placement. ATS will make every effort to secure your top choice of hotel.
• Reservations will be confirmed according to hotel availability, past booking history, approval by ATS and will be processed in a date-and time-received order.
• Once your hotel placement is finalized, for reservations of 10 rooms or more, you will receive a Group Booking Agreement (GBA) from Travel Planners. The GBA must be signed by you and all terms and conditions outlined in the GBA must be adhered to or rooms will be released.
• Room rates do not include any taxes, porterage, meals, transfers or commissions of any kind and are subject to final confirmation by hotels.

 Reservations may be guaranteed in one of two methods:

• A credit card with a valid expiration date of May 2010 or later.
• A deposit in the amount of one night's room and tax for each reservation requested on peak night (May 14, 2010). Checks must be made payable to Travel Planners, Inc. Your GBA will further explain how you can guarantee your reservations.
