ATS NewsThe ATS News is an electronic publication designed to keep ATS members informed about the current activities of their Society and its members. Each month, this newsletter features reports on ATS assemblies, committees, chapters, international activities, educational offerings, statements and guidelines. Other regular columns include "Who's Who at the ATS," in which prominent members are profiled, and the "ATS Fellows Corner," which asks and answers questions of interest to members at the beginning of their careers. Also, a calendar of meetings, conferences and courses keeps readers abreast of ATS programs, as well as other activities of interest planned by other organizations.
The ATS News is available on the first business day of each month at http://www.thoracic.org/sections/publications/ats-news as a PDF that can be downloaded and printed. As a new issue is posted each month, the Society also sends its members an e-mail highlighting stories of interest and providing links to the electronic version of the publication.
